October 20th meeting updates:
Krista MacAulay, Wendy Scharland and Mark Wilson were elected to the Board.
March 24th meeting updates:
The 2024 audit was approved by the Board.
The tax return was approved by the Board.
The Board approved Pet rules and regulations.
September 30th meeting updates:
The election was conducted and Hope Kotkin and Dan Pinzon were re-elected to the Board.
The management contract with Hearthstone Central Management was renewed.
The Board renewed the landscaping contract with Absolute Quality for a two year term.
The Board renewed the snow removal contract with Absolute Quality for a two year term.
We have been asked by Animal Control to not feed the wildlife in the community.
Please keep the dumpster gates closed at all times.
As a reminder, satellite dishes are not permitted on the mansard or any part of the roof. You must have written permission prior to installing a satellite dish in the community.
Recently, the common hallway lights and exterior lights were all inspected, and any light that was out was changed at that time. If you notice a light out, please contact Management.
